HealthCare is to be set up to develop Electronic Medical
System (EMS) that will exactly meet Chinese hospital customers'
needs. EMS is a key component of a modern medical organization,
but it is still a blank in Chinese medical industry. TomTaw
HealthCare is going to work together with Ningbo TomTaw
Corporation and other leading developing companies to develop
EMS, and her partner Shanghai TomTaw Corporation to distribute
the EMS products.
Although TomTaw HealthCare Inc. will be an US company, its
products are targeting to the Chinese medical market. Its
main developing and marketing resource will be allocated
